There won't be a draft reinstatement. The last thing the army wants is soldiers who don't want to serve in the military; they had enough problems in Vietnam with fraggings and soldiers both going on strike and not properly carrying out their duties. What's more likely to happen is creating a pathway to citizenship forillegals via a tour of duty.

@ScreaminMime Yup. There are waaaaay more than enough blood thirsty young American men willing to kill or be killed for their country right now.
The U.S. hasn't used the draft since '72/'73, and it was limited at that point, with retards and 4f being considered unfit for duty, and the parameters were pretty wide. My father was passed up because he was "flat footed", whateverthefuck that means.
