Paralympic athlete Marleide Sales da Silva, 52, experienced distressing moments during a street race in honor of Women's Day, held in Manaus , on Sunday (8). During the race, she was run over by a drunk driver . For her, although the accident left her with fractures in her clavicle, she feels lucky to have survived the impact. "I am a miracle of God many times over," she says.
