The guy was riding along the dirt road when all of a sudden a woman on the side of the road threw a rock at him. He turned around to confront her, and she claimed he was scaring her horses. It is true that horses are often afraid of dirt bikes. But does that give her the right to throw a rock at him? There is surely a better way to handle this.
