Bodycam footage has been released of federal agents dispersing a crowd of thousands outside the Portland ICE facility on Jan. 31 after declaring an unlawful assembly.

This incident is the main argument in the plaintiffs case against DHS, requesting the Court to issue a preliminary injunction prohibiting less-lethal crowd control munitions in Dickinson v Trump.
