So no one in that place had their phones on? No video of it happening instead of just hearing it happening?

@itrustno1 It all happened very fast, that the gunman only killed 2 and wounded 14 spent all his ammo in one magazine then got cop blasted,
they probably aren't gonna release the CCTV footage if there is any either so
