Happened early Sunday morning off Smith Farm Rd. in NW Charlotte.
Officer is ok, minor injuries.
Tanaezah Michelle Austin. She’s the 25 year old woman who police say sped off and left the scene after hitting the officer.
They arrested her today.
She is still in jail, for now, being held on a $3,000 secured bond. A magistrate set that bond.
