I’m somewhat confused with this one. So the guy had a weapon in his car, why did the cop rush him so aggressively? Did I miss something? And then of course they’re yelling “get on the ground!” And “don’t move!” when the guy is on the ground so dead that the blur effect couldn’t even hide all of that blood lol

@MrTripsOnTheory The perp told the cop the gun was 'just a toy', but it was actually an actual firearm. After lying to the cop, he was going to be detained but tried to run. It's most likely that he was a prohibited possessor.

People seldom consider that cops are human and will have elevated reactions in such altercations. There are many reasons why the coop was still yelling to get on the ground and not to move.
