A drunk man decided not to pay a female taxi driver for the ride, and she pepper-sprayed him.

 

The woman filmed it, and at one point, the man tried to block the camera by holding up his hand, but it didn't help. He ended up being pepper-sprayed.

 

Then, disgruntled by the incident, the woman recorded a circle, expressing her displeasure with the passenger.

 

Perhaps the man was hoping to treat himself to a free taxi ride for February 23rd, but the woman was clearly not ready for it.
