NEW: Shockoe Bottom mass shooting: 2 confirmed dead at scene, 7 injured Richmond, VA police are investigating a mass shooting early Saturday in Shockoe Bottom that stemmed from a street fight involving at least two shooters. A woman innocently celebrating her brother's birthday and another unidentified man were fatally struck by gunfire. Four victims were transported by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries; three more arrived at hospitals privately. Police believe there were at least two shooters and are reviewing video. You can hear bullets zipping by in the video.
