his young lady ordered Chipotle from DoorDash.  The driver was timely and everything arrived as promised. However as soon as he handed the bag to the customer, the heat and condensation from the hot food compromised the paper bag, all of her food spilled onto the concrete.  The woman was confused, she didn’t know who to blame for this. So she blamed the delivery driver, claiming he should have handled the bag better and it wouldn’t have tipped, she thinks if it was the restaurants fault the it would have ripped when they gave it to him.  Do you feel he was at fault for this, should he be responsible for paying her back or did he do his job and deliver the food?
