My girlfriend told me not to answer the door when i visited her in london, she told me the tv police come knocking even when tou fill out the form so just don't answer the door!

for the non UK people this is utter bullshit, all you have to do is go online and tick a fucking box saying i dont watch BBC so i dont need to pay it. And thats it. THATS IT. I have lived in the UK for 40 fucking years and never paid a TV license because I fill out the basic fucking form and I dont watch their bullshit TV channels. its really fucking simple. These people do this shit for views that is all. They purposely ignore the letters until a bailiff is sent round then film the bailiff and make a video saying LOOK WHAT MADNESS. Its fucking nonsense.

Why would you watch TV in the U.K.? Most of it is shit now, anyhow. It's literally just as bad as U.S. TV., but I'm the U.S. there is no license fee.

I've cancelled the tv licence. You get these every few months. Just ignore them. There are plenty of videos online saying just ignore them. She ain't doing anything brave or original.
