In a video circulating online, a man dressed in black is seen kneeling on the edge of a roadside greenbelt, his head engulfed in flames, screaming in agony. Another man, holding a small flamethrower , repeatedly sprays flames at the man's head. When the police arrived, they immediately covered the burned body with a blue cloth.
