I could think of a couple actors I'd clean the star of- but a company does it called clean team- contractors polish the brass- and city cleans everything else.

Courtney cox cleaned her star while acting like her character from friends, and Reese witherspoonin' did her own as well.

@Kajeema Decent?! She's doing it for clicks, bro. You know that, right? Besides, the Hollywood Historic Trust has several teams of cleaning crews on rotation that clean each and every star, AND the surrounding sidewalks, every two weeks, at least.
If you ever leave your mum's basement and visit Los Angeles you'll probably see the stars being cleaned as you cross Hollywood and Vine.
