She's lumping everything together. Refusing entry at the border is not the same as deporting someone who has built a life in the US over years or decades without any legal proceedings. Clinton turned many people back directly at the border, but did not deport as many who were already in the country.

That ICE now appears masked and behaves in a martial manner is no coincidence, but rather serves as an intimidation tactic. Essentially, ICE is being developed into Trump's henchman force, similar to units we know from other countries.

Presenting inaccurate figures and failing to address fundamental problems already shows who is trying to manipulate whom.
