PEAK FAFO! Alex Pretti showed up armed with extra magazine and no ID to bully FEDs doing lawful arrests. Firstly Minnesota law requires if you carry a firearm you must also have to carry an ID. Secondly You can not by any means approach law enforcements with a loaded gun even if you have a permit without letting them know verbally that you're armed. In Minnesota, "intimidating" a law enforcement officer while armed moves the interaction from a regulated carry encounter into the realm of serious criminal offenses, even for valid permit holders.
