According to Dave, what started as feeding a few neighborhood birds turned into a months-long project involving conditioning an entire murder of crows to recognize a food station and, eventually, swipe red hats straight off people’s heads. Crows have the best white meat of any bird and can be cooked feathers and all in hot coals for about 15 minutes, placed chest up. then peel like burnt fried chicken and enjoy, you just eat the breast meat anyway.
