The truck driver looked like and Indian Immigrant. Legal or not, no names of driver or victim have been released. The big rig was doing a u-turn in the fog and a 40 year old man crashed into him and died instantly. California and other Dem state CDLs should be invalid everywhere except the state issuing . Unvetted and non English speakers.
