Florida Mother Arrested After Drowning Her 7-Month-Old Daughter in Gainesville Tierra Scott-Franklin, 23, is charged with first-degree premeditated m*rder in connection with the death of her 7-month-old daughter. Officers and EMS found the unresponsive baby in the tub upon arrival. Neighbors reportedly heard banging and yelling from inside the apartment: “No, not a child, not a child, not a child.”
