A military Yanshuf helicopter (Israel’s version of the UH-60 Black Hawk) crashed after a transport cable snapped while airborne, the Israeli Air Force said. No injuries were reported. The helicopter carrying it was forced to make an emergency landing in hard-to-reach terrain. The cause of the cable failure is under investigation.
