ICE agents are not police. The do not have the power to enforce state laws. She was not blocking them from moving forward because you can clearly see other cars passing her. Protesting is a first amendment right. She did nothing wrong except maybe break some traffic laws, which ICE has no authority to enforce. Get this through your heads. And look up "fruit of the poisonous tree". Why do you all think it is OK to protest men in women's bathrooms but somehow her protest is wrong? Wake up, you are being played. Either we have a first amendment right or we don't. And that's why we have a second amendment right that was put in place to uphold our first amendment right. And to the people who are saying what she was doing is illegal, show me the law. You can't because there isn't a law. No law shall pass that directly goes against any constitutional right. As far as her hitting him with her car. She may have bumped him but that is it. The question is intent. Did she intend to hit him? No. She just backed up to straighten out her car and her wheels were still turned left. You can see this because the ICE agent pointed his camera right at her wheels when he was walking around. When she went forward she was turning her wheels to the right. It is clear that she was merely fleeing and no cops or agents can shoot a fleeing person.
