The end of forklift????

These are Filics Units by Filics, a Munich-based German robotics startup. They're autonomous mobile robots that slide under pallets, lift loads up to 1 ton, and move omnidirectionally with lights for navigation.

You mean pump truck, as this can't lift as high as a fork lift...

At this speed, it won't be replacing pump trucks in a warehouse near you any time soon. Plus how do you command it not to place it where it's heading, and redirect elsewhere if/when circumstances change..? A guy with a pallet truck is currently much faster and more adaptable.

That said, it's a cool concept which would certainly have its uses.

What about the racked pallets Einstein?? And a Hyster can lift about 3 tons, forklift NOT replaced.

Probably some dude with a remote control manoeuvring it, be quicker on a forklift or ppt.

That replaces a pump truck/pallet truck in some instances. Forklifts specifically LIFTS.

Unless these things can hover, they can not replace a forklift.
