The nurse in the video is Crystal Tadlock, 35, from Magnolia, Texas. She was arrested for DWI in October 2025 after speeding and failing a sobriety test. During the arrest, she threatened officers, saying she'd let them or their families die if treated at her hospital. She was fired from Memorial Hermann in Houston.
