The same thing would have happened stupid, the vehicle would have turned sharply to the right to avoid the agent who posted himself in front of the SUV, contrary to DHS Use of Force Policy.... The wheels are plainly turned to the right when they spin stupid....»

You know what's really damning, stupid? The several use of force protocols listed by the DHS that were violated in this encounter, including, but not limited to: the agent intentionally placing himself in a position where the use of deadly force was his only option, shooting at a person in a moving vehicle and shooting at a fleeing person. While his first shot was fired from the front of the vehicle, the two subsequent shots were fired after the vehicle had passed him and he was no longer in the vehicle's path of travel, therefore, at that point she was clearly fleeing after being shot in the face. If an impartial investigation is allowed to take place, that cunt's going up the river for some time. There's not much of a chance a federal investigation being conducted by this administration will be impartial so this agent will probably just get a a pass, and it may well be that the Feds have taken over the investigation to facilitate a Trump pardon down the road. A way to hedge their bet in the off chance that an investigation by this administration does actually find fault with one of their own.
