No, Trump is NOT trying to eliminate CFBP. Currently, CFBP has no oversight and are funded by Federal Reserve. There has been lots of waste and maybe even fraud. Go look into DOGE findings. They are independent department and have too much power to strong-arm banks, etc. Trump knows all about this from first hand experience as Trump Organization was DEBANKED from the pressure by the Biden administration to destroy Trump. The number one fear by the banks is our government as they can destroy any banks if they don't follow orders. Yes, Biden administration were evil and corrupt group of people. Trump wants to put the power to the congress so they have oversight and the control of the purse. And this guy should know the differences in Federal court system. Federal District Court is the lowest level in federal court system in which this ruling went against Trump. This case will go to the Courts of Appeals next where many of the ruling against were overturned. There are too many activist and bias judges at District Court levels and gives the small court judges way too much power over executive branch.
