Police say stray bullets from a neighboring unit went through a wall and struck Liam Spahnle-Bailey

Terrell Coy, 17, Xavier Romello Hirsch, 20, and Anthony Hunter Jr., 21, were arrested in the months after the fatal shooting

Hirsch and Hunter appeared in court Tuesday for bail hearings. A judge is expected to rule next week

Coy has already appeared in juvenile court and will remain in detention while awaiting trial
