Typical blond question. Vast majority of the crimes are handled at the state and city level, not the federal level. And there is the due process. It takes time for investigation and prosecution process.

@CrushTheNWO Problem is that the DAs and the prosecutors have "discretion" in which creates risk of bias. Judges are required to be neutral and impartial, but we all know that they are not.
