NEW: Famous New York City jeweler absolutely loses it on a rival jeweler who was allegedly ripping off his customers by pretending to be him.

The jeweler 'TRAX' was seen confronting the jeweler on 47th Street. He was sent to the emergency room following the altercation.

"WHO DID BUSINESS WITH AKAY IS ENTITLED TO ALL MONEY BACK + 10%," he said the day prior.

"DONT LET IT SLIDE! They even have "GIA gemologist" on their scam artist appraisal, unbelievable. These people are crooks who used my name to just blatantly steal."
