@Jukaithegod Not worth the effort engaging with you. So I'll just say this 'preferential hire' are "minorities" (which are whites now, ironically) like blacks, Mexican, Asian, indians, natives, red dots, QWERTYs, women - anything but a straight white man. It's legalized racism.
