I can't find anything in the news about what happened when she went to court. So presumably the prosecutor dropped it and it didn't go to court.

The opening of the video - you can see that the policeman would be easy to miss. He also said he stepped out on to the road but that doesn't seem to be what the video shows. She did see him though but she said later he didn't look like a policeman. His police car was far away. He did look lot like a security guard. Is it reasonable to expect a 20 year old women to pull over for someone waving at the side of the road who looks like a security guard? I wouldn't have thought so. I wouldn't have stopped.
