It's not a crime to flash your high beams. The police lost that case in Canada. High beams are there to use. So why install them in vehicles if it's illegal? Why? Because it isn't illegal.

Man these kind of cop's stuck on a power trip feel like they have to exert authority at all times with most people and over trivial thing's that most people would just walk away from or brush off. I don't know how their family members deal with them or how they find wives and friends their personalities are horrible and overly authoritative.

@Some guy I worked in a State Police barracks for 2 weeks and I can tell you those guys truly think they are better than the average joe and that we are unable to protect ourselves.
