«Years back I was working security at a grocery store.
I was watching customers walk to their cars to make sure they were safe.
I saw a young asian woman going to her car far out in the lot...then I saw a guy slide under the rear bumper of her car.
I started running that way as she reversed over him with both tires on her driver side.
She pulled forward over him with both, and then reversed again with the rear tire going over him and the front tire stopping on his throat.
At that point I was banging on her window telling her to stop.
In a panic, she put the car in drive and smashed the gas. His head popped completely off as her tire spun.
Her rear tire came to a stop on his stomach.
She looked at the mess once she stepped out, and while I was calling 911, she reversed over him again...her front tire spinning at full throttle.
I've never seen so much guts IRL.
She crashed into a parked car behind her and finally stopped.
She was not charged after the police arrived and saw the security video.
The guy had a camera of his own set up recording everything.
Police found older videos on his camera showing him stick his hands and feet behind womens tires in parking lots.
They later linked him to a "Candid crush" video store on the internet.
He had thousands of videos like this.»
The Moment She Realized......
«I usually never feel sorry for anyone who tries to explain why they hit someone with their car but refused the chance to buy a dashcam when they had the opportunity to prove their case.
She'll regret that idiocy the rest of her life.»
«They have nothing to worry about when collecting evidence that she has agreed to—by signing for her DL—and is therefore, compelled to provide. The right to counsel doesn’t apply to breathalyzers, warranted blood tests or FSTs. There’s no reason for an attorney to tell you not to confess if your confession isn’t being sought anyway. Usually nothing a person says while inebriated, is relied upon too heavily in court anyway.
Miranda only applies to statements you make while being questioned only, and nothing else you do.»
«Aw, she thinks the RIGGED NHTSA tests will help clear her of DUI and let her go home when they're specifically designed to make sober people fail. Cops don't do the sobriety tests to clear you and let you go, they do it to get an excuse to arrest you. If it doesn't work and you actually manage to pass them, they'll do the PBT. If that blows 0.00, they'll just arrest you anyway. »
