This is what it looks and sounds like when the son of God goes forth to war.

God‘s people feasting, singing, and proclaiming the glories of our King who is forever blessed.

Christians MAY drink alcohol.

Christians MAY NOT become drunk.

Christians HAVE been drinking alcohol since Christ came and established his Church. (Communion)

Alcohol is a gift from God designed to “gladden the hearts of man.”
(Psalm 104:15)

Thus no Christian should be attempting to bind the conscience of a brother or sister by calling something sin that God does not in fact call sin.

Of course It can be abused.

We can and should call brothers and sisters to repentance who abuse alcohol and become drunk.

But we mustn’t forbid people from enjoying God’s good gifts in their proper place.

«I flew past Whaleshead Beach Resort in Oregon on my Harley before doing a u-turn and buying a room for the night. I bought 2 beers from them before wandering down to the beach for their free BBQ. As I drank beer #1, I audibly heard the Lord say to me "if you drink that 2nd beer Mark you won't be able to hear btwn the lines of their heart". He wasn't saying not to drink [even though I'd been an alcoholic by 10 y/o], He was just letting me know it would hurt the flow of any ministry He wanted to manifest. In the end, it's a better witness not to drink alcohol at all. Now I can't drink period cause it would kill me cause of the pain meds I'm stuck taking.»
