«They should have shouted an order to drop it or they'll tase him, then tased him if he tried to turn it on again. Instead, they tased him AFTER he turned the chainsaw on, making it so that he could have dropped it on himself, which is a lot more dangerous and harmful than being tased. Then they shoot him because shooting is all cops know. Cops can't do anything right.
