Police in Colorado Springs Drop Dead a Man Pointing Shotgun at Him
Colorado Springs police said they responded to the 3100 block of Illinois Avenue just before 5 p.m. for a call of a family disturbance. This is near Edison Elementary School, near Hancock and Fillmore.
Before they arrived, police said two people involved in that family disturbance left the home where the disturbance was reported, leaving someone inside with an armed suspect. Police said everyone involved was a member of the same family.
“Due to safety concerns for the family member still inside the home, officers began making safety planning and arrangements to contact the residence inside the home,” said CSPD spokesperson Ira Cronin.
«“That was murder, the gun wasn’t pointing at him” shut up!! It would have been cause dumbass was in the process of raising it. God bless the red, white and most definitely the blue»
«He didn't point the gun at him, the barrel was pointing towards the ground the whole time.»
«That guy was not pointing that gun. It is not against the law to have a gun in your house. It was murder and this cop should be charged for that crime.»
«Thats straight up murder. It wasn't pointed at him, the guy didn't even have two hands on it.»
«That’s a rifle (most likely bolt-action), not a shotgun, and it was being held casually and pointed at the ground when the officer lit him up. I’m all for criminal scum getting wiped out but claiming this guy was was pointing the police is complete bullshit. Dude wasn’t even holding it in both hands let alone holding it up and aiming at anyone.»
