The Jag driver was probably speeding and the momentum at the curve took the Jag over the line. Then he started yelling he's stories to get everyone think and saying that's what happened

Look at the position of the cars. The very beginning of that skid is where his tyre was twisted the wrong way on impact. She nearly killed a man because she was on Facebook or Instagram.
