2 faults here, tyrek can't roll up his window and cops used excessive force. Cops have no idea what Tyrek is doing with tinted window up like that. But they could of asked him to get out the car too.
He immediately gave them his license. One of the officers responded with “It’s Tyreke Hill.”
They should have ran his license and his plates like a routine traffic stop and issued him his ticket. End of story.
They were on a power trip and could have been jealous of the car he was driving.
At any rate that was excessive force and I believe one officer has already been let go.
