Michael Hawkins, who was praised for his heroism during the Aurora sh**ting, is accused of r*ping his 5-year-old daughter and abusing his son.
The abuse allegedly went on for 20 years from 2002 to 2021.
Hawkins is also accused of molesting his ex-wife Rachel Pickrel-Hawkins' daughters.
Despite all this, the ex-wife is the one who is going to jail.
Why? Because of an ongoing custody battle with Hawkins over their two youngest sons, 10 and 13.
Rachel Pickrel-Hawkins refused to comply with a court-ordered reunification therapy program that would work to "repair" the boys' relationship with their abusive father.
Rachel called the order "nothing but manipulation, psychological abuse" and "coercion and gaslighting."
She was then sentenced to spend 7 weekends in jail.
Hawkins was released on $50,000 bail after being charged with six felony counts of sexual assault.

This was with Christine Basset a licensed therapist who does Christian "faith-based therapy".
The Mom was jailed for objecting court order to visit the therapist.
Because Pickrel-Hawkins said of one encounter with Bassett before a reunification session with the children that the father attended. “She went into the room, and the very first thing that my boy said that she told them was, ‘We need to make progress, and today you need to tell your father that you forgive him.’”»
