This occured at Sunset Cliffs… and the route they would have had to travel was RIGHT in through the US Coast Guard

The incident happened at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego, California, approximately a 17-mile ride by water from the U.S. border with Mexico.

Smuggling humans into the country by boat is common in San Diego with many smugglers abandoning the boats on the shore.
