If a Verizon store employee in the same strip mall comes to your store to use your bathroom, then in an emergency situation that's understandable. But on a regular basis, that's pushing it if she's not a paying customer. Subway workers are the ones who have to clean the bathrooms, too (larger companies typically hire out janitorial services one way or another), and they're liable for what happens in that bathroom (How do you know that she's not there to hide cameras to make voyeur videos? Or what if she has explosive diarrhea and always leaves a mess? Whatever the case, the renter will likely be the one liable for what happens).
So, if we already know that she doesn't work on that floor, then why is she using their bathroom? Of the plethora of different possibilities, why would one automatically assume that it's a race issue? The fact that one side is calling it a race issue is itself racist, because they see a white woman confronting a black woman and call it racist solely by the color of the white woman's skin.»
