According to X account that shared the video, the customer said she tipped $2 for a delivery that was less than a mile away. The footage shows the driver putting the food packet on the porch, then looking up at his phone to check the tip.

I suspect that, judging by the way he acts, this guy is a pathetic loser who can’t get any other job at all and will probably lose this one too—he’ll end up committing a crime and going to prison. Or he’ll get shot by another customer if he keeps acting up. Don’t forget that not everyone is suited for every job, but his ranting borders on severe mental retardation and massive brain damage.

It's a non-skill job, requires no training, no investment in tools, no commitment to upgrading, a tip is not mandatory.

@sirmrmikey I am not here to defend the person but it does take considerable investment in having and maintaining a vehicle, extra insurance when operating, gas.. If anything the driver deserves more of a tip than someone working at a restaurant. However the business model stacks fees on fees on fees and eliminates any compassion people have for delivery drivers and giving tips. Ultimately they should boycott the business and it's on the drivers who put themselves through this because they were sold a dream instead of a reality.
