Rick Beato interviews some great rock artists on his YouTube channel, but such is the corrupt clownworld of "rights" that he has had to hire a lawyer full-time to defend against the avalanche of threatened copyright lawsuits he receives, Universal being one of the worst offenders. His "crime": playing more than a few seconds of the music of THE FUCKING ARTIST HE IS INTERVIEWING, THAT'S RIGHT, THE ARTIST'S OWN FUCKING MUSIC WHILE THAT ARTIST IS IN THE FUCKING ROOM WITH HIM! No doubt the artists themselves will shortly be sued for playing their own music in their own houses.

@Dixonaplanet That is a function of too many fucking lawyers in the USA. Rick is first and foremost a teacher and historian and all his short clips he plays should be under fair use.

I watched this interview. The amount of gear in Dave's studio, his knowledge and skill is intimidating to someone like me. At the very end he demonstrated his sequencer with the 6 or 8 notes repeated, sped up and distorted used for On the Run from Dark Side.
