«I visited Vietnam in 2003. I was there for nearly 2 months. I saw people get run over and the general public simply step over their bodies like nothing had happened.
I was in one moped crash with a lady who wasn't looking where she was going.
I ended up on the street with a busted knee, but she got right back on her moped and ran over me several times before I finally pulled her off her bike.
She then tried to stand on my throat.
Basically, they have the same rules as China. If you die, they pay a small fine. If you live, they have to pay all your medical bills for the rest of your life.
