«I never much cared for the flying armbar. It always seemed pretentious to take such risks with such a slim chance of success. I prefer to secure my position in a much more basic way before I try to take a limb. I'm not trying to insult the man that was injured. I'm merely stating my preferences. I think of it akin to some of the more fanciful spinning kicks. They're fun to practice for strength and balance but I usually always resort to much more basic kicks in actual fights.»
