«The problem with clips like this is that we don't know the whole story. To me it looks like out of control thugs going overkill on someone for no reason. Unless it's included in the video that the guy assaulted their sister, or broke into their house, then I'm going to assume they are just animals beating up a homeless guy, or someone that "disrespected" them.
