A man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend last year got into a fight with her family after he accepted a plea deal Tuesday morning in a downtown Houston courtroom. Frank DeLeon Jr. was sentenced to 45 years in prison for the death of 16-year-old Diamond Alvarez, whom he killed in January 2022
