He signaled the driver, 20-year-old Karina Armando, to stop on Kanouse Lane. Suspecting impairment due to erratic driving, Greendyk conducted field sobriety tests, which Karina struggled with. She was arrested for DUI. At the police station, she refused breath tests, invoked her rights, and declined to answer questions. Karina was released to her father after signing a Liability Warning form. She was issued summonses for DUI, breath test refusal, reckless and careless driving, and failure to maintain lane.
