I hope he got prosecuted for that. A more unfortunate fall and it could have killed the guy on the ladder.

«Those guys showed a tremendous amount of respect, and restraint for an elder in a wheelchair. He could have killed that guy. A guy that was just doing his job. It would have taken every thread of my being to not punch out the guy in the chair.»
