Looks like someone forgot to tell this guy he wasn't auditioning for the next Avengers movie. After getting tasered and beaten by police, he went full Hulk mode and took down 8 Milwaukee officers like they were a bunch of pesky flies. Looks like the force wasn't with them this time.
