<p>Russia has done something many around the world said they would not do, seized the Chernobyl nuclear power site that nearly caused worldwide nuclear fallout when it nearly exploded decades ago. Seizing this area gives the Russian military a straight shot to the largest city in Ukraine where most of the government is located, Kiev. Russians who entered the area may end up suffering though since many parts of the area are still highly radioactive and will be for centuries to come.</p>
