<p>This nasty ratchet was filmed using one of the oldest scams since Wimpy used it in the Popeye cartoons. The nasty woman demanded a free subway after claiming she lost her wallet. When the young girl behind the counter said she could not give food away without payment, the ratchet bullied her into tears, eventually giving in to her demands. Happened in NYC near Penn Station.</p>
